Each year in February, the Thurgood Marshall Oratorical Debate (TMOD) Education Project hosts the TMOD Student Research Exchange Forum at Cuyahoga Community College, Metro Campus. This annual event takes place on the third Thursday of February and welcomes participation from high schools across NEO.
